As seen in the pictures you can use the T-top straps or remove them all together. No mofication of the car is needed. TTops will fit with boxes in the car.

I was going to build my own boxes for my subs and realized it was no small task.  After searching online for a template I came across this site and ended up placing an order for two boxes to fit my 8" kickers.  They came in 4 business days and the fit is absolutely impeccable.  The carpet finish matches perfectly to what is already in the car, and the boxes themselves sit as snug as can be with just a piece sitting in between them.  There is no rattle whatsoever, and they look amazing.  Thanks zenclosures!
